You can download an order form below. There are several file formats available. Wherever possible we recommend that you use the *.rtf (Rich Text Format) or *.doc (Microsoft Word® Document) version of the form, as these can be edited directly, and then saved and attached to an email to us.

You will be contacted as soon as possible (usually within 2 days) to confirm your order and payment details. Note that you will need to allow 2 weeks for your order to be packed and delivered from the time it is received, so please plan the start date of your fundraising drive accordingly. A tax invoice will be sent with the delivery and emailed to you. Your VISA or MasterCard will be charged 28 days after the date the order is sent. If you need to send any items back under the Buyback policy, please quote your invoice number and your credit card will be credited accordingly once the returned saleable cards are received.

When you order with us, you have a lot of flexibility. As well as telling us how many bags you'd like to order, you also have the opportunity of telling us what cards you'd like included in those bags. And you can ask us to pack many different combinations of cards. For example, five bags could each contain 15 identical cards, and another ten bags could each contain one of each of the twelve designs, with the remaining three cards in each bag made up of a particular card you would expect to sell well. You are free to mix and match as you see fit. The only three requirements we have are as follows:

1. The minimum order is 5 bags. This means that provided you order more than 5 bags, the number of bags is totally up to you.  For example, you could order 5 bags, 7 bags, or 300 bags - in short, any number of bags provided it is 5 or more.


2. Your choice of card designs applies to lots of 5 bags. For example, if you order the minimum order of 5 bags, you can only choose one combination of card designs, and this combination will be packed for all 5 bags. If you order 10 bags, you can choose two different combinations of card designs, and 5 bags would be packed with the first combination, and the remaining 5 bags would be packed with the second combination.


3. If your order is for a number of bags which can not be grouped into equal lots of 5 bags (for example, 14 bags - which would give two lots of 5 bags and a third lot of only 4 bags), you cannot choose another combination of cards for the third lot.  For example, if you order 14 bags, you can only choose two combinations of cards. The first 5 bags would be packed to your first combination, the second 5 bags would be packed to your second combination, and the remaining 4 bags would be packed to either the first or second combination also - whichever combination you choose.
